Get your hands in some dough!... MTW’s own celebrity baker, Amy Scherber, will host a bread and pizza making class for ten lucky MTW members.

• You will learn to create the perfect loaf from the expert herself.


• Join in on the fun as you learn the secrets of how to mix a batch of dough, knead the dough by hand, and shape several loaves into various shapes.


• During class you will learn to stretch a perfect pizza crust, then top and bake your own pizza and create some bread sticks.


• Enjoy a glass of wine and a salad with your pizza creations!


• Go home with a goody bag of Amy's Bread. 


• Whether you're a baker, or a lover of bread, it’s an experience we are sure you will enjoy.


• The 2 1/2 hour class will be held from 6:30 to 9 on a Wednesday. Either in early May 2013 or October 2013...at her new demo kitchen in Chelsea Market
