To redeem this Award
1. Confirm your flight reservation at least 14 days prior to your date of travel.
2. Complete form provided and mail to: Mokulele Airlines, 73-350 U’u Street, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. We must receive your letter at least 7 days prior to travel. We will process your reservation and email the confirmation receipt to you at the address you provide.
Important: A segment is defined as a take-off and landing. Only original letters are accepted for award travel. This letter has no cash value, but lost or stolen letters will not be reissued so treat it as you would cash. To redeem this award, it must be received by our corporate offices at least 7 days before travel. This letter will not be accepted at our ticket counters. Failure to follow the above procedures may result in loss of this award. Mokulele is not required to provide award travel recipients with any applicable benefits customarily provided to revenue passengers including, but not limited to, “denied boarding compensation.” Award travel does not qualify for Mokulele Miles rewards. Once confirmed, changes to your reservation are subject to a change fee. Taxes and fees are not included in this award. All fare and travel restrictions apply. Baggage fees apply.
