Holly Algood, PhD, founder and president has been consulting and coaching clients in profit, nonprofit and municpal organizations for over a decade.
Her passion is working with organizations that are wanting to attain their goals and developing their staff smartly and sustainably. With both strong strategic and implementation skills, Holly manifests the desired results.
She is also a pioneer in green living, the founder of the Kona-Kohala Grand Green Homes Tour, and the recipient of the 2011 Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce Pualu Environmental Awareness Award.
Holly is a volunteer mediator for the West Hawai'i Mediation Center, and also serves on their Board of Directors, is Chair of the Kona-Kohala Sust'AINAbility Committee. She is also a leader with the North Hawai'i Drug-free Coalition and volunteers regularly with Recycle Hawaii and WasteStream.
