Dr. Hiranaka and his highly trained staff have been servicing the Big Island community since 1994.  He received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston.  He served his residency at th eMassachusetts General Hospital and completed a year long fellowship in facial plastic surgery.  He is certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
