White Double Dorje Brocade banner. 28 inches wide, 33 inches long. Mounted thangka style and includes silver hanging rod.
Acquired in Sarnath during our 2006 pilgrimage and mounted by one of the Ganden Shedrup Ling students.
The name of our center Shedrub Ganden Ling means "Place or pure space for learning and practicing the virtuous teachings." This name was given by our founding teacher, Ven. Geshe Lhundrup Sopa, inspired by the prestigious and largest monastery in Tibet, Ganden, which was founded by the great master Je Tsongkhapa.
Our spiritual guides are the Master Geshe Sopa Lhundub, our founder, and Yangsi Rinpoche, who is our Spiritual Director. Shedrub Ganden Ling is dedicated to the teaching and practice of Tibetan Buddhism according to the vision of the Gelugpa lineage.
