Jonathan says:  The care for my clients is always my first priority.  That includes truly listening to their needs and wants before, during and after their session, not only what they tell me but what their bodies tell me as well.  My work is an intuitive blend of many modalities and styles aimed at suiting those needs the best way I can.  

I specialize in therapeutic deep tissue work especially in the back, shoulders, neck and hip.  I have had specialized training in headache treatment and have great success over the years greatly decreasing headache frequency and strength in my clients.  I also regularly incorporate myofacial release, trigger point, sports treatment, lymph drainage, reflexology, and reiki into my treatments.   I am excited to now offer Cranio-Sacral therapy in conjunction with the rest of my work.

I am a bodyworker because I love to help people find their way back to balance in their body, mind, and spirit.
