You will begin with a complete eye exam evaluation and information session regarding Lasik prior to your procedure. Dr. Lesher and his staff will take care of you from start to finish.
This will be a live auction item at the 75th Diamond Jubilee.
Special Instructions
This item is a Bilateral (both eyes) Lasik Procedure.
Procedure to be scheduled and performed prior to 3/1/14.
Procedure will only be performed on qualified candidates following a complete eye exam and evaluation by Dr. Lesher. If candidate is deemed not a candidate for the procedure, the item is transferable but not refundable.
This will include follow up appointments related to the Lasik Procedure, but no retreatments.
