Discover your inner chef at a hands-on cooking class 
for you and your friends (up to 10 people) taught by 
the award-winning chefs at Los Poblanos. After the 
class, sit down in the Library or the Fireplace Terrace 
for a four-course dinner featuring organic ingredients 
from the farm.  The meal includes wines pairings 
selected by the Sommelier from the historic wine cellar. 

When you’re the host, no need to travel home as you 
will be staying the night in a suite which includes breakfast 
for two in the morning. But don’t worry; each one of your 
guests will be parting with a lavender gift set from Los Poblanos.
