The river plunges through the gorge creating large wave rapids like "Big Mama", "Whitewasher" and "the Alleyway". The run through classic V Magic Falls is always the high point for rafters and guides alike. The Kennebec meanders through beautiful deep Maine forests. This provides a perfect opportunity to swim one of the many small rapids, or to soak up the sunshine.
