We will be auctioning off 5 different gourmet desserts during the live event!
This fabulous dessert will include: 1 dozen Irish Cupcakes, a 750ml bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream with a touch of caramel and a 22 oz bottle of Guinness Original Extra Stout to auction with the cupcakes. Cheers!
These are the perfect way to celebrate March & St. Patrick's Day.
The cupcakes are made with Guinness original extra stout and are filled with a Chocolate Whiskey ganache. They are topped with Bailey's Irish cream buttercream frosting.
They are made by hand from mostly organic ingredients and local Guittard cocoa powder and chocolate.
The cupcakes will be decorated with an Irish theme. The bottles will either be in gift bags or decorated with ribbons to coordinate with the cupcakes.
The recipe will be included with the package so the winner will know what is in the cupcakes.
The cupcake ingredients are as follows:
For the Cupcakes:
Guinness stout, butter, Dutch-process cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, salt, eggs, sour cream
For the Whiskey Ganache Filling:
bittersweet chocolate, heavy cream, butter, whiskey
For the Baileys Frosting:
butter, powdered sugar, Bailey's Irish Cream
