This is an omnivore’s menu, emphasizing lighter yet fully flavored food with tempting choices for the sophisticated vegetarian as well as the confirmed carnivore. Using his background in fine dining, the owner has drawn from his repertoire to bring you a chef’s vision of the perfect casual restaurant. In the morning—French pastry, a refined omelette, a buckwheat pancake with Maine wild blueberries. In the afternoon—a wide selection of Numi teas, our own blend of organic coffee, and fine desserts, with a selection of top-drawer chocolates and other temptations. In late afternoon and into the evening—tapas-style plates served with a carefully chosen wine or an exceptional beer. All day long—soups and breads crafted in-house and one-of-a-kind sandwiches and salads, in addition to a tightly focused wine and beer list. We offer bistrot-quality food in a bistrot setting.
