A KSC Visitor Complex guided tour for two (2) of the Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle’s Factory of the Future; located in the Operations and Checkout (O&C) Facility at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. The O&C, originally built to receive the moon-bound Apollo spacecraft, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2000. A recent $55 million restoration transformed the O&C into a state-of-art manufacturing facility. The Orion spacecraft will be assembled, integrated and tested at this facility in preparation for its inaugural unmanned flight test in early 2014. Following the Orion tour the guests will receive a VIP tour of the KSC Vistor Complex.
