Christine Ferreria will provide a 60 minute Lyra lesson on the beach. We will stretch and go over safety before getting in the hoop and learning some basic moves.

What is a Lyra?

Lyra/Hoop - Also known as Cerceau, this is a circular, metal hoop that is used for various aerial maneuvers featuring balancing, spinning, and contortion.
