Description

"Double Dutch Dinette Mural" is no longer displayed publicly in Culver City, as the restaurant of the same name closed and moved away a few years ago. The site is currently occupied by the "City Tavern".

Like comfort food, the mural and sign, when it was visible brought back many happy memories of growing up in "suburbia" to many of it's viewers. It could have been a depiction of life anywhere in the USA during the 1960's .
