About the Teacher/Tutor:

Thai holds a California teaching credential and is the owner of Abacus Educational Enrichment, a tutoring service.Thai has worked with children of all ages for the past 20 years.  She has taught and tutored both general and special education for public and private schools in Oakland, Berkeley, Los Angeles, as well as abroad.  Thai has had the opportunity to work with students with various educational needs; including learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder as well has highly gifted students.  Thai received a Bachelor of Arts in English from UC Berkeley, a Masters in Public Policy with an emphasis in education from UCLA and a teaching credential from California State University, Los Angeles.  She lives in Culver City with her family.
