Great for adults of all abilities on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays @ Lindberg Park @ 9:30-10:30am and Sundays @ Vet's Park. Our goal is to improve your life by making you a stronger and more dynamic human being.
Heather is a CrossFit certified Level 1 and CrossFit Kids certified instructor and nationally certified massage therapist with a background in sports kinestheology.
Special Instructions
If the item will not be picked up from Farragut Elementary School located in Culver City, CA, an additional $5 fee will be added to cover USPS Priority Mail.
