For ages 4 to 8. Have fun this summer from 10:30-11:30am Mondays and Tuesdays from July 1 thru August 15, 2013. Small outdoor workouts based on cross-fit style functional movement. Our goal is to improve your child's life by making him/her a stronger and more dynamic human being.
Heather is a CrossFit certified Level 1 and CrossFit Kids certified instructor and nationally certified massage therapist with a background in sports kinestheology.
Special Instructions
If the item will not be picked up from Farragut Elementary School located in Culver City, CA, an additional $5 fee will be added to cover USPS Priority Mail.
