Winning Bidder may pick-up item at agreed upon location after being notified of their win by ACS. If the item needs to be shipped, winning Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via carrier and billed at standard industry rates.
