You're bidding on one child's full dental checkup—which includes an exam, prophylaxis (the fancy word for cleaning), and fluoride treatment—from pediatric dentist, Dr. Robert Peracchia. His office is on 93rd Street, just off Central Park West.

Dr. Rob knows kids' teeth. With three young children of his own, he knows what gets them into the examination chair without too much fuss and what keeps them there. The waiting room is stocked with toys for younger kids and a Wii station for older ones; each exam chair has a TV mounted above it so kids can watch their favorite movie as a distraction (pick your DVD when you check in); and there are a host of stuffed animal friends to keep little ones company while their teeth are cleaned. After the appointment, each child chooses a prize or two from the colorful treasure chests scattered around the office. Going to the dentist has never been so fun!
