You could be helping someone like Moshka.  Moshka was found with a collar wrapped tightly around his neck and under his front leg.  He has been in foster care for many months and has undergone a 1st surgery. As you can see from the picture, he will be going back in again for additional surgery and possible skin grafting.  He really is a good boy and we would love for him to get better.
