Enjoy these four bottles of Raven Oaks Syrah 2003 Sierra Foothills.  100% Syrah (Shiraz), estate grown on the rocky terraces of Raven Oaks Vineyards in the Sierra Foothills of California's historic gold country.  This unique microclimate, created by the surrounding lake with elevations of 1,200 feet, yields 2.5 tons/acre for deep, rich color and flavor.  Hand pruned and ultimately hand harvested.  Cold soaked, extended maceration and barrel aged in new French Oak for 22 months.
