The Corelli is made in crystal, with the GA initials laser etched on the bottom of each article. 

Crystal is a kind of glass with an over 24% content of lead oxide that adds a matchless brilliance and clearness.  Lead oxide increases the density of the glass, which becomes typically brilliant.  Thanks to the lead oxide, the glass thus produced displays features that are similar to diamonds.  Crystal is obtained through the melting and cooling of particular substances (lead oxide, silica, boric anhydride, sodium, postassium, etc.) which turn the mass into a vitreous state; sodium and potassium make sure the melting point is not too high, otherwise the kilns would have to work at excessively high temperatures and the glass thus obtained would be hard to process.  Suitable for dishwasher.
