John Oates is a legendary American rock, R&B and soul guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer. With his partner Daryl Hall, the duo of Hall & Oates, sold over 80 million albums, making them the most successful duo in rock history. They have been honored with three American Music Awards, among many others. John has recorded three solo albums, the most recent entitled Mississippi Mile, featuring an amazing collection of some of the world's top artists.

“I created the mask with collage techniques and symbolism that I use in my artwork. I collaged music and guitar shapes to frame the mask around the signature. The birds, which I typically use in my work, are holding the guitar neck.”

Dennis Salaty earned a B.A. degree in Fine Art from Columbia College, and M.F.A. in Art Theory and Practice from Northwestern University. Dennis is an award-winning mixed media artist. His current works include 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional collage and assemblage. These works clearly bear the imprint of Salaty’s unique style, which leaves one with the impression that each work presents clues to an intriguing puzzle.
