Flower Kiss

Carla Danes is a sculpture and printmaker, working in Los Angeles. Her work is abstract and emphasizes organic movement and texture with strong, decorative color. She mixes found objects and 'dollar store' finds with materials from nature, exploring how often and strangely, plastic can look like nature and seem 'man made.'
