One Night Butternut Cabin Rental at Sleepy Hollow

Description
The Butternut Cabin features a woodstove, picnic table, four bunks, a loft, and a great view. Users must bring sleeping bags/pads for overnights. Butternut Cabin is located one mile from our main lodge, and is accessible only by ski or snowshoe in winter, or hike/bike in summer. There is no running water or electricity, but there is an outhouse and a spectacular view! The cabin rental includes firewood, but please bring matches, paper and kindling. Butternut Cabin is open to day users during the daylight hours, but is often rented by night to groups.
Special Instructions
You will be notified of your winning bid by email at which time you will be asked to notify the CVU Nordic Team of your chosen method of payment. Payment by cash or check (made payable to CVU Nordic Ski Team) is preferred. Items may be picked up at CVU High School, Hinesburg VT, on Dec 4th or 5th from 3:30 - 6:30pm or by appointment until Dec 6th.
Your credit card will be charged if we do not receive notification that you want to pay by cash or check before December 5th, 6:30pm ET. Winning items paid via credit card may be picked up by appointment or mailed after Dec 6th. Please consider a 3% addition to your final payment to cover credit card expenses. Thank you.
