Rhonda Burch is a literacy specialist for Chesterfield County Public School. She has a Master's degree in Reading and has been teaching reading for 20 years, recently achieving National Board Certification in Literacy/ Language Arts. She is going to be offering a summer Enrichment camp in her Hampton Park home.
