Bobby Wiltshire is a Richmond, VA native who has been in business as the Owner of Carousel Signs & Designs from 1976 to present. Ten years ago his oldest daughter gave him a watercolor set for Christmas and he immediately fell in love with the medium. After a year of trying things out on his own he started receiving instruction from
Shelly Bechtel Shepherd at the Visual Arts Center of Richmond. These days once a year he takes the time to go to the Nimrod Artists
Retreat in Bath County, VA for inspiration and collaboration with other artists. His subject matters consist mainly of rural scenes and the
Outer Banks area in North Carolina. At present  you can see his works at The Crossroads Art Center, 2016 Staples Mill Rd., Richmond, VA 23230.
