This 2001 Spottswoode Cabernet Sauvignon has an inky crimson color. Its minty dark fruit aromas leap from the glass, followed by pepper and chocolate notes. Balanced, with some tannin to integrate, and flavors of red fruit, cassis, plum and spice. It has a long finish dominated by dark fruit.
