Professional Legal Estate Planning Services

This package will include one or more office conferences, as necessary, to evaluate the legal estate planning needs of a single person or couple with either mutual children or no children.  Documents, for one or two persons, to be prepared may include Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney for financial affairs, Living Will or Health Care Power of Attorney document, Wisconsin Marital Property Agreement as needed).  Also included is evaluation of any existing estate planning documents, consideration of Federal income and estate tax and Wisconsin income and estate tax concerns, but does not include nursing home planning issues.
