"Favorite recipes and family treasures were scattered among our cookbook collections, leader lessons, 4-H contests, EHC members, holiday foods classes, and unwritten from our Mothers' kitchens.  This book is our attempt to put these recipes into a collection for our friends and family.  We present these family secrets and years of favorites of our four families."
