One session of Body & Soul Fitness, along with a water bottle, and an exercise band.  

Body & Soul currently have classes in 25 US States, and 11 foreign countries.  4 sessions per year, including the summer session of the last year’s favorites.  Sessions are approximately 11-12 weeks each.  Each of these sessions is programmed around a session Theme.
