As he plays through his standards, hear stories of Andy Stein's life and the music that inspired it. Jazz violinist and raconteur Stein is a perennial favorite who has appeared with the MSO and on A Prairie Home Companion several times. Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante is the
quintessential piece for two old friends to play together. A musical
conversation, the violin and viola have equal roles and take turns displaying their virtuosity.
This package includes 2 tickets to the Mankato Symphony Orchestra’s production of It Ain't Necessarily So on Sunday, April 21 at 3 pm. The performance will be held in the Mankato West Auditorium.
