Named after the type of sandstone that forms the caves, it is made in Faribault, MN using traditional open vats. This blue is complex, complicated, yet delightfully intimate with a creamy mouth feel and piquant sharp flavor. Cave aged a minimum of 100+ days.

Winning bidder responsible for making arrangements for pick-up of the item from either The Cheese Cave in downtown Faribault or the South Central College Faribault campus by Feb. 15, 2013. The Cheese Cave is located at 318 Central Avenue and is closed on Sunday and Monday.
