About Regi

Regula Lorenz, born and raised in Switzerland, is a graduate of the Ecole de Commerce business school in Neuchatel. She started riding at age 9 and subsequently rode, trained, and competed in dressage, jumping and eventing in Europe (Switzerland, Austria), Turkey, and in the US (Arizona, New York, California). Since moving to Virginia in 1975, she has specialized in dressage.

“Regi” has trained and shown successfully through Prix St. George and Intermediare I, qualifying through many successive years since 1976 for the Eastern Finals in 1st through 4th levels. She has won high score at Devon at 3rd level and in 1987 was Reserve Champion at 2nd level for that competition.

During the years of training numerous young horses through the levels for different owners, Regi has earned her bronze and silver medals and has placed many times in USDF and USEF year-end and zone awards.
