One private lesson on your own horse with Mary Flood, USDF Certified Instructor, to be taken at Wildfire Farm, with a time agreed to by both parties and by the end of 2013.
About Mary Flood
Mary is a USDF Certified Instruction with her Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals. She is very experienced at helping you solve your riding and training issues.
Mary's extensive teaching experience allows her to be able to solve all sorts of rider and horse problems. For the dedicated student, Wildfire Farm has several correctly trained lesson horses that are wonderful teachers, to include a Grand Prix schoolmaster. Mary's students are highly successful, from Olympic and Advanced Event Stars to Recognized Dressage Competitors at all Levels on all types of horses. Her extensive resume gives her the knowledge necessary to be able to advance every level of student. Lunging and seat work will help the student develop the physical skills needed to become a better rider.
Her teaching is based on sound, technical competence. The journey into learning will help you explore the physical, mental and emotional aspects of becoming a skilled rider. You will improve your riding skills and have a better understanding of how to really train your horse to become a partner in your journey. Part of the instruction will involve the mental and emotional aspects of riding, to include how to deal with show nerves.
Mary can teach you the technical aspects of test riding, how to prepare your horse for competition, and how to get the most out of showing. She also has much experience in developing freestyles for competition. Coaching is available at many of the shows she attends.
