Bay Club Marin is happy to contribute to CWAE, a three month Bay Club Marin Fitness Membership (Couple) including Initiation Fee. We warmly welcome you to the Club community, and we trust that you will enjoy our beautiful facility and exceptional programs and services.
With your introductory membership we’ve also included a complimentary Signature Service appointment. This is a one-hour session with a oertitied personal fitness trainer who will create a
customized fitness plan based on your specific needs. He/she will review your health history, help you establish individual fitness goals, and perform some assessments that perform the design
and development of your workout plan. Your trainer will also instruct you on proper form and technique, and guide you through a workout session.

This membership must begin prior to 4/30/13.
This letter is required as proof of purchase to activate the membership. Current Bay Club Marin members are not eligible to redeem this offer, and the Club is not responsible for
honoring the value if purchased by a former donation winner.
This donation applies to the membership initiation fee only and three months of dues. This certificate is nontransferable, cannot be re-sold or redeemed for cash value.
