Get moving in this private spinning class taught by Reed mom Cheri Rich at Wellbridge Spa in Clayton!! Towels and water are provided (please bring your own water bottle) and a small reception will be held afterwards with healthy refreshments served by Wellbridge Athletic Club. What a great way to get your day started!!!! Class to be on Thursday, May 2 at 10:00 a.m.
(If anyone is new to Spin, Cheri Rich will meet them at Wellbridge 30 minutes early and fit them on the bike & give a crash course.)
