Description

Winning bidder will receive a two-week session of summer camp during the first session (6/24-7/5).   This donation must be used for a 3-13 year old child towards General Camp (not specialty programs).


About General Camp:


General Camp offers a fun, well-rounded summer camp experience for children ages 3 through 13. Campers are placed in coed groups by age, and provided with activities and schedules tailored to meet their developmental needs. Other defining strengths include:

Beaver Summer Programs is a summer day camp in Chestnut Hill, MA that serves children ages 3 to 15 on the campus of Beaver Country Day School. Our summer camp has been offering memorable summer experiences to children since 1946. What sets us apart?

At Beaver, we offer both a general camp program along with a variety of specialty camp programs.

General Camp (ages 3-13)

  • Morning Extended Day program will include a new Get-Up-And-Go Fitness
    program for active campers

Specialty Camps (ages 6-15)
One and two week programs offer older campers an intensive experience in a variety of activities. We offer three categories of Specialty Camps including Arts Adventures, Trips, Treks and Tours and Sports Challenges. Check out this year’s new additions:

  • Building the Band: Let's Jam - We've added additional sessions to our
    popular music camp offering aspiring musicians a chance to create their own band
    and spend their days rocking out with their friends.



  • Mountain Biking Adventures - Hit the trails on your bike this summer,
    developing skills and techniques that make you a more competent and confient
    rider. Finish each day with a swim.



  • Peak and Paddle - Two levels of programming taking campers on
    challenges across New England including hiking, camping, kayaking, and other
    adventure activities.



  • Into the Woods - Our new one week program taking campers on daytrips
    to enjoy the great outdoors. Destinations include canoeing, tidal exploration,
    zoo trips, and much more.

Senior Camper Activities: 


Morning Extended Elective



  • Offered on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings from 10:15-12:00

  • Senior campers select an in-depth activity from at least six choices

  • Choices will include at least one of each of the following: sports, performing arts, visual arts

  • Specific examples include Frisbee Golf, Shakespeare Mini-Movies, and Ceramic Tableware

  • New offerings designed each week by our creative specialist staff


Afternoon Electives



  • Senior campers choose 3 activities to do each afternoon for the whole week

  • 12-15 elective options each period such as Flag Football, Digital Video,
    Bookmaking, Wiffleball, Jazzy Jewelry, Hip-hop Dance, and many more

  • New offerings designed each week by our creative specialist staff

  • Some electives are for Senior and Upper campers combined, while others are
    exclusively for Senior campers


Camp costs are $1235 for the general camps (lower, middle, upper, senior).  Prices for the two-week specialty camps (arts adventures, outdoor explorations, sports challenges) vary by camp .
