The fabric is sewn on high quality nylon webbing, (to give it superior strength over only all-fabric collars) high-end solid D-rings (not welded) and durable hardware. The buckle is contoured for the ultimate comfort. The collar has sliding adjusters for the perfect fit.  The collar can be machined washed on the delicate cycle, and laid flat to dry.  Size 11" - 18"
