This was bought for my dog, Pico (a Chihuahua), but it was a little too big and was never worn. A tape measure is in the photo to show the measurement, but please keep in mind the shirt is very stretchy. It could easily accommodate a full inch larger and would be a very comfy snug fit two inches larger. Length measures 9".
