This lovely vintage pin is signed by Van Dell, a manufacturer of high-end costume jewelry.  Collectors of vintage jewelry will recognize the maker name.  The Van Dell Corporation was founded in Providence, RI in 1943.  Van Dell manufactured gold filled, sterling and gold-plated jewelry of high quality with designs resembling fine jewelry.  Van Dell costume jewelry is not cheap and enjoys high book prices today. 

This pin probably dates from the 50's or 60's. It is marked Van Dell, 1/20 12KT GF. It features a lovely two-tone bow and swirl design with four rhinestones. The pin back is very slightly bent, but the clasp is strong and tight.
