Every time I go into Fiesta Azteca I am filled with a thrill of anticipation. Whatever I order, is served exactly as I want it with quality ingredients and an authenticity that can't be found anywhere else in the metro. This isn't some crappy El Maguay type of Mexican joint. This is the real deal. There is literally nothing, nothing at all, that compares to their chimichanga. I'm sorry but it is just incredible.
Never would have tried a tiny restaurant at the end of a little strip of stores.... but this is amazing food. Andres is a gourmet Mexican cook with complex sauces and unique ingredients (Try the cactus!) Great food, Great prices... hard to find.. it's to the left of the Apple Market.
