Description

Woodworking at its finest! This beautifully segmented wooden bowl features a center band of sculpted traditional Apache-symbols crafted from a dark walnut wood. The base of the bowl begins with the darker wood followed by alternating rings of light maple wood and the dark walnut. Bowl measures 10" in diameter.

This lovely piece was created by Seeing Eye graduate Bob Kennedy using a process called segmented woodturning.  The process is labor intensive but allows the craftsman to create unique one-of-a-kind pieces using the natural beauty of various woods.

Accompanying this stunning bowl is a beautifully hand-crafted light maple cutting board. The board is coated with a food safe finish and measures approximately 10 x 13 x 1  inches. A delightful addition to anyone's kitchen!

For best care, do not submerge pieces in water or put in dishwasher. To clean, use damp cloth and dry immediately.
