1. This Award is valid at select Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts.
2. Awards may not be valid where restricted by law.
3. Guest must present and surrender the Award at check-in.
4. This Award may be used to pay for the expense of a standard guest room, American breakfast for two and the related taxes and gratuity, and not to pay for other food, beverage, parking, non-room related service charges, resort fees, gratuities, other taxes or other incidental expenses of any kind.
5. This Award is good for one guest room for the number of nights as shown on the front of this Award.
6. This Award is issued by and is the property of MI Fulfillment Services, LLC. This Award is valid at participating Ritz-Carlton hotels operated by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC (Excluding The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, A Four Seasons Hotel.)
7. Awards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
8. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of this Award is the recipient's responsibility.
9. This Award cannot be used for/towards convention, catering, group and/or tour program.

12. Awards are redeemable based upon general sale availability.
13. Awards are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration.

A minimum of 21 days advance booking is required as is a Saturday night stay.  Round trip travel is available from any of the 48 contiguous United States or Canada to anywhere American Airlines flies in Europe subject to availability. AAdvantage miles may be earned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AAdvantage frequent flyer program. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. The certificates will have a one-year expiration date from the date issued and all reservations are subject to availability. The following blackout dates apply: 2012: Jan 1-3; Dec 14-31 2013:Jan 1-2; Feb 15-18; Mar 8-11; Mar 15-17; Mar 22-24; Mar 29-Apr 1; May 24-27; Jul 3-7; Aug 30-Sep 2; Nov 22-27; Nov 30-Dec 2; Dec 20-23; Dec 27-31. Any airport departure taxes, fees or fuel surcharges (if charged) are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ground transportation is not included in this package. Travel is valid 12 months from date of purchase. Reservations are subject to availability. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All packages have a no refund policy. Suggested retail value is calculated using tariff air rates.

Delivery
 
Your travel package will be sent to you via a signature-required mail. Please allow 30 days for your package(s) to be delivered from the time payment is received. All packages will include instructions so the winning bidder will have no problem self-booking at their convenience. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable.
