It has a lovely pool and spa, playhouse for the kids, outdoor dining and relaxation areas, ping pong table, large designer kitchen which opens to the family room, a formal dining room, game room, small gym, and a theater room. During the cooler months, there is a great dog run to keep your pets safe if you leave for a few hours. The house is in a great location and really a fun place to relax.

Item will be available for pick-up at PVPHS on Tuesday, March 5th, between 8:00am and 10:00am. If winner requests item to be shipped to their home, winner will pay all shipping costs.
