4 Classes at Aspire Fitness NW's Body Shop Bootcamp

Do you want a highly personalized, intimate exercise setting?  Do you want to feel that your health and fitness needs are being evaluated and constantly monitored?  Bootcamps are limited to only 8 people per session. This means certified personal trainer Alisa Mallinger can watch your every move and ensure you are getting a safe and ultra-productive workout. Bootcamp exercises are adjusted to your ability level - everyone can do bootcamp! You will have FUN and WORK HARD and meet your fitness goals quickly.

Bootcamp Includes:



  • Small Groups Classes are kept small – no more than 8 per class – so everyone gets individual attention.





  • Working Together  We do individual and partner work to build fitness, balance and strength while having a blast!





  • Cardio  Cardio combines traditional and current techniques such as Tabata, ladders and running to improve endurance and promote calorie burn. Cardio is included in every class.





  • Functional Fitness  This is a focus on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine.





  • Cross Training  Cross training for a balanced approach to getting into shape and staying fit. Cross training achieves outstanding results using hand weights, TRX, step, balls, ladders and bands.





  • Core Focus  A strong core creates a stable foundation for everything you do.  Working the core is a key component of every workout.


 


About Alisa Mallinger, MS/NASM/CPT/CES:
I am a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and have a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation from Northeastern Illinois University. I am also a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM which means I can identify and assist you with any of those nagging problem areas that need to be addressed.  I just love to see the joy in your faces as you reach your fitness and health milestones.

I have trained many clients from athletes to the novice exerciser. I ran the Senior Fitness Department for the City of Chicago and had 26 trainers and 7000 seniors exercising by the time I left.  I love both the group setting and the small one-on-one sessions.  Let me help motivate you to be the healthiest you can be!

Items will be available for pick-up at Village Home's westside campus as follows:
Monday, March 11: 5pm - 7pm
Tuesday, March 12 - Thursday, March 14: 10am - 3pm
Friday, March 15: 3:30pm - 7:30pm
Items can be picked up at Village Home’s eastside campus by arrangement.

Shipping Available
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
