CrossFit Kids of Wilsonville - Forging the Future of Fitness
The workouts at CrossFit Kids of Wilsonville consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive, general and scalable for any participant at any level. The kid's program has been designed to address the specific neurological, cognitive and motor developmental needs of children, from toddlers to teens. The kid's program at CrossFit of Wilsonville was set in motion by Village Home's very own Barbara Hammond, parent, instructor, and president of the Parent Executive Board. Barb is a certified CrossFit Kids instructor, and makes workouts fun with metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting, games, skill building, and team building activities for teens.

Winning bidder will receive:
- (1) Gift certificate to be redeemed for 12-session punch card, good only at CrossFit Kids of Wilsonville
- (1) T-shirt in size requested (depending on availability)

Item Pick-Up
Items will be available for pick-up at Village Home's westside campus as follows:
Monday, March 11: 5pm - 7pm
Tuesday, March 12 - Thursday, March 14: 10am - 3pm
Friday, March 15: 3:30pm - 7:30pm
Items can be picked up at Village Home’s eastside campus by arrangement.
Shipping Available
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
