Special Instructions
- Gift certificate is for one (1) 8”x10” custom pet portrait, acrylic on canvas.
- Your winning bid is for one animal only. One additional animal can be added to the portrait for an additional $50 charge, paid directly to the artist prior to her starting the portrait. Contact the artist directly at amy@amybuchheit.com for details.
- Winning bidder must contact the artist by April 30, 2013 to redeem this certificate. Images provided for the pet portrait must be received via email by May 30, 2013.
- Estimated time to complete your portrait is 8 weeks after final approval of the rough sketch.
- You will need to provide 2 - 3 clear digital images of your pet (via email), at least 200 dpi, sized at 1200 pixels on the longest side (full screen). (Contact the artist with any questions you may have).
- Shipping within the United States is included in the cost of this auction. Winning bidder is solely responsible for shipping charges and any fees incurred for shipping outside of the United States.
- The artist (Amy Buchheit) retains all copyrights to your pet portrait. Written permission must be obtained from the artist prior to disseminating images of your pet portrait, including digital images posted online.
- By providing the images of your pet(s) for this portrait, you are providing the artist full permission to post these images on her Facebook page and in other marketing materials in connection with your pet portrait.
Item Pick-Up
Items will be available for pick-up at Village Home's westside campus as follows:
Monday, March 11: 5pm - 7pm
Tuesday, March 12 - Thursday, March 14: 10am - 3pm
Friday, March 15: 3:30pm - 7:30pm
Items can be picked up at Village Home’s eastside campus by arrangement.
Shipping Available
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
