1999 Knudsen Vineyard Brut by Argyle Wines 
Wow! This is a very vibrant, leap-out-of-the-glass bubbly. Look for a blend of plum with Gala apple fruit aromas. This rich, fresh fruitiness is wrapped into a fascinating mix of Kalamata olive, vanilla, and citrus blossom aromas. The flavor tells you right away that this is a vintage wine that will age for quite some time. The plum-apple fruit flavor is fresh and youthful in character. The middle palate is vanilla creme rich yet retains nice citrus minerality. The finish continues fresh and creamy textured.
