This unique Cherry Burl bowl with a natural edge is hand turned by Jim Parker, father of Jeff Parker, FEPS Board Member. Bowl dimensions are 8" diameter, 7" high.
Burl wood has a unique, wavy grain derived from an abnormal growth in the tree. Cherry burl in particular has a strong, attractive grain and a warm golden color, making it a good choice for turning projects, like pens or bowls.
